This page is maintained by the GLPWeigh team to answer common privacy questions about the GLPWeigh app. It describes what personal information the app collects, how that information is used, and the choices you have.
Information you provide
When you create an account we store the email address and (optional) display name you give us. When you use the app we store the entries you make — daily check-ins, weight and waist measurements, medication schedule and completions, onboarding answers, notes, and any messages you send to the AI coach.
How your data is used
Your entries are used to power the features of the app for you — showing your trends, computing your Routine Consistency Score, generating your weekly review, and letting you export your own log. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your entries to train third-party models.
Storage and security
Your data is stored in a managed cloud database with row-level security, so each account can only read and write its own rows. Access is authenticated using industry-standard mechanisms.
Your choices
You can export a plain-text copy of your log from Settings at any time. You can sign out from Settings. To delete your account and associated data, contact support from the email address linked to your account.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies and browser storage entries to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences (for example, whether you've dismissed the cookie banner). We do not use advertising cookies.
